The toddler on Sumatra is hooked on nicotine after being introduced to cigarettes by his father.

The toddler actually smoke 40 cigarettes a day which is equivalent to 2 packets a day! I wonder what kind of parents does the toddler has, to me this is child abuse.

I don't really believe there are parents that are so cruel and would introduced their child to cigarettes despite knowing the harmful effect of tobacco. Plus it is a 2 years old kid that does not know anything.

Sigh...I wonder why the government did not arrest the toddler parents or even send him to Cold Turkey if he has a hard time quitting smoking.
